Who We ServeFrom a humble beginning 32 years ago in a family garage to two warehouses that now provide 29,000 square feet of storage, FOOD Share, the food bank for Ventura County, continues to feed the hungry. In 2009, in partnership with over 150 agencies and through multiple programs that target children, families, and seniors, FOOD Share provided food for 54,700 hungry neighbors monthly – a 37% increase over clients served in 2008. As of December 2010, we are serving 73,000 hungry friends each month.
