Instead of birthday gifts, Casen asked his guests to bring cans of food to his birthday party, and those cans were given to FOOD Share.

Hope for the hungry, every month FOOD Share provides a supplemental bag of groceries to more than 1,500 low-income seniors all across Ventura County.

FOOD Share received the award for "Large Volunteer Organization of the Year" from the Conejo Valley Days.
